I’m a Nutrition & Health Coach and love my work. My own health journey in my 30’s led me to solutions in natural health and motivated me to build on 20+ years in business with a qualification in Nutritional Therapy and a total career shift.

In short, all sorts! People typically think that Nutritional Therapy is about weight loss and nothing else. In fact, a registered Nutritional Therapist can help someone with any number of symptoms, health conditions and health goals. My specialism is working with people who are experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, low mood, stress and excess weight. However I also see clients with a broad range of health conditions, including digestive issues, arthritis, autoimmune, skin, and many more.
A minimum of 3 months and during this time my clients see and feel real improvements. All of my programmes are based on a 12-week duration and many clients stay with me beyond that period. Improving health and wellbeing through nutrition is usually about changing life-long habits and moving to a new way of looking after yourself that will see you well into the future. This is unlikely to be achieved in just 1-2 consultations.
The beauty of Nutritional Therapy is that we work with everyone as a unique individual. Whilst there are some basic healthy eating principles that are sound for just about everyone; the rest is tailored to the individual and their needs. There’s no ‘one size fits all’ here!
Yes, of course. Working with your partner, or even a friend, can be really motivational and provide you with the support you need. I have a 5-week Energy Booster Programme which can be done by individuals, couples, or even small groups. Sometimes couples decide to both embark on a Personalised Health Programme; whilst some elements of the plans will be different there will likely be several areas of overlap which allows you to work together and support each other.
