My own ill-health journey in my mid-30’s led me to seek solutions in natural health and subsequently motivated me to train and qualify as a Nutritional Therapist. Having been a leader and coach in business for over 20 years, the transition to Health Coaching isn’t as big a change as you might think. It’s all about helping people be their best.
