The subject of what we should eat, when and how is hugely popular right now. There are daily media articles, lots of TV programmes and numerous Nutritionists in the limelight. I’m delighted with this kind of attention – it gets people interested and trying new things.
Despite the publicity, when I tell people I’m a Nutrition and Health and they start to think about it, they most often ask me “so what do you actually do then?”
I get it, even when I chose to qualify as a Nutritional Therapist I thought I knew what I’d be learning and experiencing. However, once I got into it I was amazed by how much I would be involved in and the difference it could make to so many people.
