Live the Life You Desire

How much does stress impact your business?

Whether stress is rooted in the work environment, home life, or from another factor, it will still have an impact on your employees and your business. Sickness absence is an easy indicator to monitor and you may also be working to understand the impact to turnover, productivity, and creativity.

As a responsible employer do you also think about the impact of stress on a person’s immediate and long-term health? Do you wonder what you can do to help?

Whilst I support clients with many conditions and symptoms, the area of stress and its far-reaching implications is an area I’m passionate about and which I therefore specialise in.

Think about whether you or your employees experience and/or talk about the following:

  • Fatigue, exhaustion, low energy
  • Lack of sleep
  • Low mood, depression
  • Digestive issues
  • Low motivation, reduced concentration and memory
  • Irritable and less resilience
  • Changes to weight and food cravings
  • Hormone issues

Of course, these symptoms can be influenced by many factors, but one of those factors can be stress. Improving nutrition and lifestyle choices is one of the ways that an individual can make a real difference to the how the body responds to stress, and therefore the health impacts.
