Creating the right formula can be a challenging undertaking and requires a multi-faceted approach. We know that many factors can influence employee wellbeing and engagement including reward, relationship with boss, working environment, flexible working policies, communication, having the tools to do the job, recognition ….. and the list goes on.
Seemingly out of the control of the organisation are factors such as home life, personal relationships, and physical and emotional health. Increasingly organisations are not just considering how they can affect the internal factors influencing employee wellbeing, but also how they support employees with their overall health and wellbeing.
I’m passionate about helping people improve their quality of life – supporting organisation’s achieve the same objectives is a natural step given my background.
